The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of computer systems and IT infrastructure. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively. Duties Provide first-level support for desktop hardware, software, and network issues. Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems via help desk tickets, phone, or in-person. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. Configure and maintain VPN connections for remote users. Support LAN connectivity issues and ensure proper network administration. Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications on user workstations. Document solutions and maintain accurate records of support requests in the help desk system. Collaborate with other IT staff to improve IT infrastructure and processes. Requirements Proficiency in computer management, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
