Pay Range:

Dependability:

Soft Skills is a must for this role. Candidate must have the ability to work with strong personalities. Managing stress while being able to deescalate tense users is a key attribute.
What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?)

M-F 8-5. OT

by approval only and minimal. No afterhours work.
Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? No
How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2 or more is preferred. Less if education history is also IT related.
Do they need any specific certifications or education? No certifications / HS diploma or equivalent
If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? 22.00 p/hr How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Only driving will be to the site.
What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Preferred within a 30-minute commute.
