Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:

Support with PC hardware (hard drives, memory, power supplies…)
Microsoft Windows troubleshooting
Account management (Active Directory)
Microsoft Azure administration
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Support with system backups
Support with network and infrastructure diagraming (Visio)
Support with network concepts and configuration
desk support
Network Security support and network switches and VLAN configuration support
Deviations and Change Control
Windows Patch Management Qualifications /

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree inputer science, information technology, software engineering
Two – Five years of working experience supporting developmentanization
Network infrastructure, servers, and operating system support
Windows operating system and Active Directory (workstation/Thin Clients and server if possible)
VMware, Hyper V, and Virtualization in server environments
Scripting (Powershell and Command line)
Excellent customer service
Good documentation experience

The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed
The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time
The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 25% of applicable work time.
The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
