Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of financial services, is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various branches. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly presence, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What’s the Job?
  • + Provide exceptional member service by responding to requests for user assistance.

+ Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, documenting and tracking problems to ensure timely resolution. + Assist with IT projects, including the installation of new equipment across multiple branches. + Investigate and resolve network problems, both voice and data. + Serve as the first point of contact for internal personnel regarding technical support.

  • What’s Needed?
  • + 0-2 years’ experience in computer support or a related area. + Associate’s degree or better preferred. + Previous customer service experience strongly desired. + Ability to provide technical support over the phone with a professional demeanor. + General troubleshooting skills and a friendly attitude.
