Description Seeking a person with a background in desktop support/systems/Help desk.
Responsibilities include:
taking tickets and ability to troubleshoot any issue: mapping printers, password resets, troubleshoot MS app support issues, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Support of factory floor systems
- Assist Help Desk Systems Analyst
- Network infrastructure support and maintenance
- Equipment procurement
- Tablet / laptop / workstation / thin client imaging and deployment
- Information Systems asset management
- Assist in departmental internal audits
- Various project assignments as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Associates degree in Information Systems related field or comparable certifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems related field preferred
- 5+ years relevant Information Systems experience
- 2+ years help desk analyst or related customer service experience
- 2+ years networking / troubleshooting networks / telecommunication issues
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills
