As a Geek Squad Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact forpeople seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions. We’llprovide the training and resources you need to ask the rightquestions, listen carefully, take detailed notes and partner withother agents as needed to help customers who visit our stores.
Working together, we’ll create a supportive, positive environmentfor anyone who is facing tech challenges or wants to get more outof their devices.
