The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, powerful problem-solving skills, experience with network and security systems, and the ability to support end users with various technical backgrounds. General Tasks Participate in technology team alignment meetings where the goals of the day and week are reviewed. Provide internal IT Support and resolve issues/requests in-person and remotely. Manage end-user onboarding and offboarding processes. Perform basic network monitoring and troubleshooting. Provide external IT Support for our clients. Set up, configure, and maintain corporate audio video equipment, rooms, and events. Create and maintain the documentation associated with the technology help desk. Help manage assets and maintain adequate inventory levels. Aid in the development of best practices for the technology department, contribute ideas for accomplishing team goals and strategies. Requirements & Qualifications Communication and problem-solving skills are heavily weighed. Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues across hardware and software. Basic knowledge of computer networking and security. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration. Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira. Ability to work independently, a self-starter, as well as collaborate with a diverse team. Detail oriented ensuring precise measurements and accurate deliverables. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely fashion that meets scheduled deadlines. 1-2 years of technical experience. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their entry-level technical ability. This is a hands-on job that requires interaction with the manufacturing team, office-based teams, and remote teams. 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service. Medical insurance
