Technical Support Lead – Greensboro, NC (Onsite)

Experience with Class 8 vehicles or commercial trucks is required for this role. We’re seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, NC . Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Lead , you will provide specialized technical support for Class 8 trucks and serve as a key problem-solver for our customers and stakeholders. You will diagnose and resolve complex product issues, perform root cause analyses, and work hands-on with powertrain, chassis, and electrical/electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support and problem-solving for reported market issues. Conduct root cause analysis for product quality concerns and define containment actions. Utilize data acquisition and analysis tools to diagnose issues and ensure effective troubleshooting. Offer onsite support and training for customer support personnel and dealers, as needed. Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement solutions for technical challenges. Manage large projects or end-to-end processes with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience . Experience with Class 8 vehicles or commercial trucks is required.

Knowledge:

Expert-level knowledge in diagnosing and troubleshooting Class 8 truck systems. Familiarity with powertrain , chassis , and electrical/electronic systems . Proficiency in data acquisition and data analysis tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to travel to markets/customers for onsite support when needed.
