JOB SUMMARY
The Application Support Analyst is an integral part of the Information Technology Group. Providing advanced support and analysis of all software systems used to operate our business. Supported systems include ERP, EMR, Document Management, Human Capital Management and Business Intelligence Tools.
Responsibilities include:
Review, analyze and modify programming or configuration of systems including testing, debugging and installing to support our organization’s software systems. Respond to requests in person, over the phone or via email with the utmost care in order to provide excellent customer service. Provides management and support of business-critical applications, ensuring smooth operation across the ecosystem. Partners with backup engineers to ensure comprehensive backup strategies are in place for all servers and systems supporting the application. Act as primary SME for the application and related software solutions, utilizing available resources to support efficient operations. Ensures compliance through all access controls and backups. •Please note that this Job Summary outlines the general nature and level of work to be performed. Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role Associate’s degree in IT or similar field, preferred Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/11) and Microsoft 365 Suite Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN technologies, and network administration concepts Experience with desktop support, including hardware troubleshooting and software installation Criminal History check required EOE We are committed to ensure fair and equal treatment for everyone we employ and are a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
