Summary Responsible for steady state application production supportactivities including, access management, audits, incidentmanagement, change management, event communications, etc.
Collaborates closely with technology and business partners toanalyze tactical and strategic solutions; uses that information,along with technology strategies to formulate solutions to meetbusiness needs. Provides direction and oversight to Sustain teamsto design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions that meetapplicable business requirements. Allocates and directs resourcesto accomplish tasks and maintains control of Change Managementprocess. Responsible for resolving issues, mitigating risks, andescalating issues/risks when appropriate. This is a mid-level tosenior-level position that will report to either a TechnologyOperations Manager or Director. Responsibilities Assess, plan and communicate steady state upgrades/patches to keystakeholders and senior management. Develop and document tagging specifications for web and mobile apptracking, ensuring alignment with business and marketingobjectives Configure and deploy analytics tags using the Adobe ExperiencePlatform Oversee end to end availability of all application andinfrastructure components. Act as an Ally methodology process expert to participate inDiscovery Phase to assist with scoping effort for applicationteams. Create detailed tagging specifications outlining data layerrequirements, variables, and event tracking Review existing workflow and systems to reduce duplication ofeffort and inefficiencies. Analyze new technology solutions and Leverage existing technologyto drive completion of business goals. Utilize Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools to validate dataand provide insights Act as an owner and single point of contact for Ally business usersfor platform availability. Support homegrown and COTS databases on Oracle, SQL Server andexadata. Act as an Ally methodology and process expert to develop technicalsolutions with a consultative approach.. Manage application severity incidents and bring to a quickresolution by partnering with cross-functional IT Team and LOBpartners to manage application severity incidents to quickresolution. Review and approve root cause analysis and preventative actionitems. Qualifications 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience preferred. Broad and deep understanding of technical concepts in multiplespecialized fields to develop technical solutions with aconsultative approach. Working knowledge of all aspects of the development life cycle andan exposure to various current software development methodologyapproaches. Proficiency with incident management, root cause analysis andresolving production application issues with both short term andlong-term solutions. Proficient with standard development tools. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment whileprioritizing work items appropriately. Ability to manage and support enterprise business applications byleveraging internal and external teams along with third-partyvendor solution. DTS offers excellent compensation package.
