Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Application Support Engineer with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Consult on and participate in moderatelyplex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering
Support large-scale planning efforts related to software engineering deliverables and infrastructure support
Analyze moderatelyplex software engineering and application support challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Resolve issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software engineering deliverables meet established requirements, policies, and procedures
Partner with client personnel in Software Engineering to support production systems and manage change activities

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through abination of work, consulting, military, or education
Experience supporting application platforms in high-pressure enterprise environments
Hands-on experience in Agile software development life cycle (SDLC)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, andmunication skills
Proficient with ETL/ELT processes, including experience with SSIS
4+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI
Experience using Autosys for job scheduling and monitoring
Familiar with UDeploy and LiquiBase for deployment automation
Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experienced with JIRA and Confluence for agile planning and documentation
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Background in programming and managing APIs
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Pay Range:

$ 44 – 54
