Experience:

The Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Developer III) is a senior technical role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable software solutions for our Sales, Service, and Distribution functions. This role requires deep expertise across the full Microsoft .NET stack (front-end, back-end, ETL) within an Agile framework. The Senior Developer III will act as a technical leader, mentor, and innovator, driving best practices, ensuring code quality, and significantly contributing to architectural integrity and IT initiative success.
Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, configuration, and testing of complex applications and processes to optimize performance and eNiciency.
• Develop and manage ETL processes with SQL Server, SSIS, and Snowflake for eNicient data integration.
• Writes code in lower-level (C-Sharp, .Net) programming languages to optimize the performance and eNiciency of an organization’s IT platform, infrastructure
• Drive adherence to coding standards, best practices, and secure coding principles.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and optimal performance.
• Actively contribute to architectural designs, influencing technical decisions and strategic alignment.
• Actively participate in and contribute to all Agile ceremonies to ensure optimal team collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Participate in rotational on-call support and maintenance activities for system stability.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for all developed systems and code, for knowledge transfer and audit Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of ETL experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
• 5+ years of progressive Full Stack .NET Development experience, including Blazor, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• 5+ years of MS Azure Environment Development experience, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines.
• 5+ years of proven Agile Delivery experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
• 3+ years of SDLC and CI/CD experience (tools, frameworks, best practices).
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership: coaching junior team members, driving code quality, performing code reviews, and contributing to architectural designs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complex development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
