Experience:

The Senior Full Stack .NETDeveloper (Developer III) is a senior technical role responsiblefor designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable softwaresolutions for our Sales, Service, and Distribution functions. Thisrole requires deep expertise across the full Microsoft .NET stack(front-end, back-end, ETL) within an Agile framework. The SeniorDeveloper III will act as a technical leader, mentor, andinnovator, driving best practices, ensuring code quality, andsignificantly contributing to architectural integrity and ITinitiative success. Responsibilities

• Lead design, development,configuration, and testing of complex applications and processes tooptimize performance and eNiciency.
• Develop and manage ETLprocesses with SQL Server, SSIS, and Snowflake for eNicient dataintegration.
• Writes code in lower-level (C-Sharp, .Net)programming languages to optimize the performance and eNiciency ofan organization’s IT platform, infrastructure
• Drive adherence tocoding standards, best practices, and secure coding principles.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability,and optimal performance.
• Actively contribute to architecturaldesigns, influencing technical decisions and strategic alignment.
• Actively participate in and contribute to all Agile ceremonies toensure optimal team collaboration.
• Identify opportunities forcontinuous improvement and automation to enhance system performanceand reliability.
• Participate in rotational on-call support andmaintenance activities for system stability.
• Create comprehensivetechnical documentation for all developed systems and code, forknowledge transfer and audit Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, Information Technology, or relatedfield.
• 5 years of ETL experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
• 5years of progressive Full Stack .NET Development experience,including Blazor, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• 5 years of MS AzureEnvironment Development experience, including Azure Functions,Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines.
• 5 years of proven Agile Delivery experience in a matrixedorganizational structure.
• 3 years of SDLC and CI/CD experience(tools, frameworks, best practices).
• Demonstrated experience intechnical leadership: coaching junior team members, driving codequality, performing code reviews, and contributing to architecturaldesigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relatedtechnical field.
• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complexdevelopment environments.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownershipof complex initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
