As an IT Security Specialist V, you will be part of the IT Operations supporting a dynamic team. W2 Only Based on Experience (We can not work C2C/C2H/3rd parties) What’s the Job? Responsible for the operations and maintenance of a variety of Data Management applications for Application Distribution and Application Runtime Data Archiving. Serve as a Level 2/3 response team member in a 24×7 support environment. Participate in operational support shift rotation, possibly including weekend coverage. Coordinate incident resolution with service users and other infrastructure teams, leveraging enterprise Incident Management systems. Ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes. What’s Needed? Linux administration skills and experience with web application support (Apache Tomcat, Java, REST API). Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or Selenium. Strong scripting abilities in Python, Perl, and/or shell. Experience with automated testing processes and tools. Knowledge of advanced storage technologies (Object Storage) and Data Management products such as Symantec Data Insight. What’s in it for me?
