  The IT Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the organization.

This role involves troubleshooting a variety of issues related to security, network, cloud services, and infrastructure, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related issues and requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to security, networks, cloud services, and infrastructure.
Perform regular maintenance on servers and ensure backup processes are functioning correctly.
Assist in the deployment and management of desktop systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Document and track incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
Provide training and support to users on new technologies and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with cloud technologies and services.
Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining servers and infrastructure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
