This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, providing technical support to staff, and maintaining the organization’s technological infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
