Job Description

Abound Health is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our OnTarget technology team. This is a hybrid role (applicants preferably located in the Charlotte, NC area). In this role, you will report to the Director of IT. The IT Support Engineer will play a critical role in supporting Abound’s internal infrastructure, resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to a growing and mission-driven organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide first and second-tier desktop support to staff across the organization. + Support and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, phone systems, and networks. + Manage company infrastructure including Azure, Office 365, and Exchange configurations. + Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding, including IT equipment setup and training. + Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, networks, and equipment. + Configure and troubleshoot routers, networks, and telecom services. + Train team members on Office 365 tools and best practices. + Maintain inventory of IT hardware and support office equipment. + Participate in technology projects and support office-based IT needs when required. + Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Qualifications:

+ 3-5+ years of technical support experience. + Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks. + Strong experience with Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.). + Familiar with customer support protocols and working in a ticketing system. + Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. + Ability to work independently in a remote and hybrid team environment. + Experience with VOIP systems, Windows servers, Active Directory, and Ubiquiti hardware. + Background in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments. + Help desk/ticketing system experience in fast-paced settings.

Education:

+ Associate degree in a relevant field, or certifications such as CompTIA A+.

Travel Requirements:

+ Ability to travel within North Carolina as needed. + Must be able to report to the corporate office in Charlotte, NC weekly or bi-weekly.

Compensation & Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $50,000 – $60,000 Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
