The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in supporting both hardware and software needs within the organization. Responsibilities Provide first-level support to end-users via help desk channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Assist with network administration tasks, including monitoring LAN connections and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Analyze hardware and software problems to identify solutions effectively. Collaborate with team members to implement upgrades and enhancements to existing systems. Support macOS environments alongside Windows systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality across platforms. Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference, contributing to the knowledge base of the IT department. Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate guidance or training as necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in IT support or a related field, with a strong understanding of help desk operations.
