12 Months (PossibleExtension) As an IT Technician , you will: Technical endpointsupport of: computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, handheldscanners and peripherals Maintain client hardware lifecycle andasset management activities Provide partnership and support forIT-related projects Complete minor and major incident managementSupport application and emerging technology deployment supportFulfill hardware and software requests Provide employee trainingrelated to employee used hardware and IT processes Partner withteams on providing continuous improvement, MDI, and lean thinkingto IT processes, tools, and services Support technical solutionsand ensure reliable, secure client endpoint devices. Ensure thatall internal customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly andpromptly, and professionally. Partner with our business partners inprojects and M&A activities to solution and support a proper,strategically secure client endpoint solution per the business’sneeds. Coaches and trains new IT Service Operations Specialist Keystakeholder in Lean activities Participate in enterprise root causeanalysis and solutioning
Ideal Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related IT technical field 7years of experience providing technical customer support, includingtroubleshooting computer hardware and software 2 years ofexperience running audio/video systems 2 years supporting shopfloor systems, network, and hardware Experience with the ServiceNowplatform Possess an open and innovative mindset with the ability tosee opportunities while evaluating challenges Can demonstrateoutstanding customer service skills Demonstrate excellent oral andwritten communication skills Work independently with minimalsupervision Strong, self-driven personality focused on learning,solving, and customer service Can diagnose and troubleshoot clientdevices, including computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers,handheld scanners, applications, and other employee-basedtechnologies? . Pay Range•: $25-$ 30 /hr Pay range offered to asuccessful candidate will be based on several factors, includingthe candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specificjob duties, certifications, etc.
