Charlotte, North Carolina job type: Permanent salary: $48,000 – 52,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Answers escalated technical support phone calls for assigned equipment groupRoutes calls to appropriate parties if necessaryProvides advanced troubleshootingProvides remote desktop support via remote desktop softwareLogs all calls in CRM softwareTransfers escalated cases to Technical Support Escalation Specialist accordingly to Technical Support Department RulesTravels and provides field support for complicated cases when remote support is impossibleMaintains current knowledge of all products and all other matters that affect the dental industryShares knowledge and works with other Technical Support Team MembersMeets company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and proceduresAdheres to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignmentsPerforms other duties as assigned #LI-AR2 qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience).At least three years of experience in technical support, IT troubleshooting, or a similar role.
Experience with electromechanical systems, particularly in medical or dental industries, is a plus.

Troubleshooting capabilities in hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop tools and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Prior experience in the dental technology sector is preferred but not required.
