Job Responsibilities:
Provide Level I/II technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systemsRespond to and resolve support inquiries related to common PC, software, and basic network issuesUtilize MS Office and internal systems to track, manage, and document support casesDeliver clear and professional communication, ensuring users understand the issue resolution stepsAdapt to changing support priorities, workloads, and schedules in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate with other teams as needed to escalate and resolve complex issuesMaintain user satisfaction by focusing on quality resolution over call volume metrics
Required Qualifications:
