Job Responsibilities:
Provide Level I/II technical support to end users via phone, email,and ticketing systems Respond to and resolve support inquiries related to common PC,software, and basic network issues Utilize MS Office and internal systems to track, manage, anddocument support cases Deliver clear and professional communication, ensuring usersunderstand the issue resolution steps Adapt to changing support priorities, workloads, and schedules in afast-paced environment Collaborate with other teams as needed to escalate and resolvecomplex issues Maintain user satisfaction by focusing on quality resolution overcall volume metrics
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a technical support or call centerenvironment Proficiency in MS Office and solid PC troubleshooting skills Broad exposure to technology platforms (Windows, mobile devices,basic networking) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solvingmindset Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic supportenvironment
