Job Description:

Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a 14 monthcontract position with an insurance company located in Charlotte,NC. This role is 5 days a week, onsite to start.

Compensation:

$20.00 – 22.00 per hour.

Summary:

Genesis10 is searching for atalented and passionate Technical Support Analyst to join ourfast-growing New York office. The position is responsible forproviding technical assistance and end-user support related tocomputer systems, hardware, and applications.

Responsibilities:

Provides first-level technical support at various levels ofexpertise and responsibility. Includes support of Home Office andField hardware, password support, software, applications, andnetworks. Supporting users via chat, phone, and in-person supportwithin the home office. Provides analysis and research needed toresolve the issues presented to the Service Desk.
