Role:

Provide comprehensive technical support to plant operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment and processes related to concrete pipe and precast production. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement effective solutions. Continuously evaluate plant processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement measures to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Develop training programs for plant staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices and operational excellence. Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product quality standards. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any deviations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Uphold and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support roles within the concrete pipe and precast plant industry. Strong understanding of concrete production processes, equipment, and technologies. PLC troubleshooting skills preferred. Working knowledge of large machine operation, construction of infrastructure. Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
