DESCRIPTION
Summary Trident Wash Systems provides industry-leading equipment, installation, service, and supplies for the car wash sector. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team at our new facility in Pineville, NC. This position involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our customers and field technicians, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of our car wash systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide phone, email, and remote support to customers and field technicians regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of car wash systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues. Document support cases, resolutions, and recurring issues to help improve products and processes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex technical issues. Assist in developing and updating technical manuals, FAQs, and training materials. Stay current with product updates and industry trends to provide effective support. Support other technical and customer service-related projects as assigned. Other duties assigned by your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS

Self-motivated and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as required. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Familiarity with car wash systems or similar industrial equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Reliable and punctual, with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods during support tasks.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Typical hours of work are from 8-5 Monday – Friday, but overtime, weekends, and evenings may be required at times. Must be able to maintain a flexible full-time schedule including working some evenings and weekends. This position may require occasional lifting, bending, and handling of technical equipment, as well as prolonged periods of computer and phone work.
