VoIP Technician Square Clover Charlotte, NC 28217 • Hybrid work Overview Square Clover is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Tier 1 VoIP Support Technician to help manage day-to-day phone system support across our client base. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical troubleshooting, providing clear customer support, and learning on the job in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our senior technicians to resolve VoIP-related issues and ensure clients stay connected. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues for VoIP phones, softphones, call quality, and connectivity. Assist with password resets, voicemail setup, device provisioning, and user onboarding. Perform initial diagnostics and escalate advanced issues to Tier II/engineering. Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions. Qualifications 2-5 years in IT, telecom, or help desk support (VoIP experience preferred but not required). Working knowledge of networking basics (IP addresses, routers, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with VoIP concepts like

SIP, PBX
