What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to expert for Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, ensuring our merchants in retail and hospitality can rely on smooth, secure transactions.

You’ll:

Install & Configure POS hardware and software Troubleshoot issues — from scanner glitches to software hiccups — with speed and confidence. Train End Users so they feel empowered, not overwhelmed, by their systems. Maintain & Update systems to keep performance high and downtime low. Test & Evaluate new POS technologies for compatibility and client fit. Optimize & Recommend better workflows, tech setups, or integrations when opportunities arise. Provide remote and on-site support depending on client needs. What You Bring Solid experience with computer hardware, software, and networks . Sharp problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure. Ability to translate tech-speak into people-speak . A genuine service mindset — you don’t just fix problems, you care about the people behind them. A self-motivated attitude and the ability to manage your time and tasks efficiently . Resourcefulness — you’re not afraid to dig, Google, research, or learn something new to find the answer.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in retail or hospitality environments. Familiarity with POS platforms like Clover, Dejavoo, SwipeSimple , etc. Comfort with both in-person and remote support scenarios.
