Jacksonville, NC, 28540 About the Role 3 Reasons Consulting, LLC, is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Analyst to manage and resolve IT support requests. This position is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems by providing exceptional support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The IT Support Analyst will work rotating 8-hour shifts, including weekends, to provide consistent and reliable support coverage. Primary Responsibilities Track and Document:

Record and monitor IT support requests from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

Troubleshoot and Resolve:

Assess technical issues, implement effective solutions, and escalate unresolved problems to next-level support.

Technical Support:

Provide support for network operations, web applications, software, and hardware in a Windows environment.

Customer Communication:

Maintain effective communication with end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive support experience.

Security Clearance Active Secret Security Clearance Certifications Required:

Security+ CE certification

Required:
