Job Description
IT Technician Sampson Bladen Group Master 510 Commerce Street, Clinton, NC 28328 Support convenience store and food service managers with all IT related needs in partnership with other IT team members. You will do as much as possible remotely, but onsite visit will be required weekly as the job demands to support defective hardware, Internet connectivity, LAN’s, P2P tunnels, telephony issues and software support that cannot be done remotely. You will be in the office 70 percent of the time and on the road 30 percent of the time. Transportation will be provided. 2 Year Associate Degree in an IT related Curriculum such as Computer Information Systems, Network Hardware & Support, Network Security Must be able to install, maintain & support Microsoft Windows 11 Pro OS, Office 2016 & higher, and Symantec EndPoint Protection AntiMalware solution and be able to quickly adapt to new software solutions as they evolve Must possess ability to meet deadlines and work independently Must be able to work in a team environment Must be able to prep, install, secure & diagnose issues with hardware such as PC’s, printers, switches, firewalls, network and telephony equipment & architecture Will also assist with support of the home and branch offices as needed. Training will be provided for the more advanced systems in this environment.
