Must have strong troubleshooting skills , knowledge of SQL, scripting (PowerShell/Bash) , and experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/JIRA) . Familiarity with Visio/Lucidchart , monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics) , and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
