In this role you will involve in providing technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems. This includes offering hands-on technical and functional support to both business and technical users, as well as delivering remote assistance to address their needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems. Offer hands-on technical and functional support to both business and technical users. Deliver remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users as needed.

Required Skills:

Ability to unpack, organize, and stage PCs and parts in stock rooms. Proficiency in updating and managing data in ServiceNow and AssetWorks systems. Experience with PC imaging, provisioning, and performing lifecycle replacements. Familiarity with Windows 10/11, M365, and basic knowledge of Mac OS. Strong file management skills using SharePoint and performing physical PC inventories.
