Job Description:
Our customer is seeking a Field Support Technicianfor a 4 Week opportunity located in Raleigh NC area. The technicianwill be tasked with doing day to day onsite break/fix supportacross 3 offices in Raleigh NC area. Travel between sites will bereimbursed but NOT from home to the 1st site and then a commutehome as that is considered a standard commute. Reliabletransportation will also be necessary as the technician willsupport multiple offices. This is standard hardware and softwaresupport at all of these locations. 40 hours a week for a period ofup to 4 weeks
Qualifications:
Must pass a drug and criminal background check before starting 2-3 years’ experience working in the IT field 2-3 years’ experience troubleshooting users in a windows basedenvironment specifically Windows XP/Windows 7 Must have Windows 7 migration background Must have hardware troubleshooting background on desktops, tabletsand laptops Must have excellent communication and customer services skills.
