The ideal candidate needs to have hands-on experience in IT support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and systems, and supporting platforms like Office 365, Windows and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose hardware and software problems. Consult with vendors as needed to identify issues impeding computer processing. Install new software releases, system upgrades, and evaluate/install patches as required. Support and maintain end-user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance, and training. Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, and inventory assessment related to IT. Address problems with computer peripherals including printers, scanners, and copiers. Play a lead role in developing and implementing an IT disaster recovery plan. Regularly confirm that internal and external backup operations are being performed as planned. Provide assistance to contractors hired to perform services impacting any computer system components.. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must understand and be able to speak and read English and fluently. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to systematically resolve complex problems.
