The Sr. Manager of Technical Support will lead a team of support specialists in delivering exceptional service to our Fortune 500 customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment of enterprise software and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in a 24/7 global environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the technical support team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Oversee the deployment of enterprise software solutions to clients, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
Develop and implement support strategies that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze support metrics to drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to address customer feedback and improve product offerings.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and customer service capabilities.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in technical support or customer service, with experience in a management role.
Proven experience in enterprise software deployment and support.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
Experience working in a 24/7 support environment, preferably with Fortune 500 customers.
