Technical Specialist Global IID Parent LLC 101 Woodwinds Industrial Court, Cary, NC 27511
SUMMARY:
Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting related IID hardware and software. Follow technical processes to Calibrate, Quality Control, and Troubleshoot product in a process driven environment. Resolve technical issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure related equipment. Follow process documentation. Identify, resolve, and advise on operational issues. Work with custom computer applications and software. Document events using software tools. Analyze equipment with the help of diagnostic tools and procedures. Resolve recurrent problems and difficulties. Coordinate equipment replacement. Identify technical issues and resolve the problems via phone, email or any other electronic medium. Understand and agree to abide by the policies and procedures established by Low Cost Interlock. Maintain a professional, positive, and caring atmosphere for clients and associates. Perform additional duties as assigned or directed. Maintain the integrity, security, and confidentiality of pertinent information and records.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in using computer applications such as web browsers, word processing, e-mail, etc. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and respond promptly. Good communication and organization skills are essential. Should be able to analyze and interpret technical procedures and process documentation. Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented.
