X-Ray Systems Location:
Garner, NC (hybrid) ?On-site is preferred, but we’re open to remote for the right candidate. Konica Minolta Healthcare is looking for a knowledgeable and skilled X-Ray expert to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist – X-Ray Systems in Garner, North Carolina. If you’re a seasoned X-Ray professional ready to transition into a technical support role-while still leveraging your hands-on experience-this opportunity is for you. In this role, your deep understanding of digital radiography (DR) equipment and troubleshooting will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support and driving operational success. As a Technical Support Specialist – X-Ray Systems, you’ll serve as a critical escalation point for technical issues related to Konica Minolta X-ray systems. You’ll be helping internal teams, external customers, and dealers resolve complex issues-primarily over the phone-but with a technician’s hands-on mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing advanced technical support for X-ray systems and components Troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues remotely Assisting in training and mentoring fellow team members Creating and updating internal knowledge documentation Supporting product development with feedback and technical insight Collaborating with multiple departments across the company Acting as a customer advocate while maintaining high satisfaction and NPS scores
Required Experience/Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience servicing, installing, and maintaining X-ray systems Technical degree or equivalent experience in biomedical/electronics/related field Strong deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication-able to clearly explain technical issues to all audiences Working knowledge of networks, Windows OS, and medical imaging hardware Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused call center environment Experience with Konica Minolta X-ray systems is a plus but is not required

Multilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) Travel Domestic travel approximately 10-20% to alternate KMHA sites, training or install events, and possibly to Sales / Service Conferences.
