  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree
  • Preference for candidates with two (2) years of experience in healthcare.
  • Experience:
  • Effective interaction with clients in a complex environment.
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of management, IT personnel, and departmental clients.
  • Skill in coordinating with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, walk, bend, reach, and stoop intermittently.
  • Must lift computer equipment (e.g., printers, monitors, CPUs, boxes of paper) weighing over 30 pounds.
