Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree
- Preference for candidates with two (2) years of experience in healthcare.

- Effective interaction with clients in a complex environment.
- Ability to communicate with different levels of management, IT personnel, and departmental clients.
- Skill in coordinating with vendors to resolve issues.
- Capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to sit, walk, bend, reach, and stoop intermittently.
- Must lift computer equipment (e.g., printers, monitors, CPUs, boxes of paper) weighing over 30 pounds.
