Experience with

migrationsExperience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), preferably IntuneWorking knowledge of computer hardware, software, and terminologyFamiliarity with ServiceNow Ticketing system is a plusUnderstanding of Palo Alto VPN application related to desktop support4 years of experience with HS Diploma or 2 years with associate’s degree/Tech School CertificateUS Citizen only

Support users with installation of hardware/software and networking componentsPerform Windows 11 upgrades and deploy new replacement machinesDiagnose and troubleshoot computer systems issuesConduct diagnostic reviews and produce error reportsAssist in computer studies, projects, and policy implementationDesign and develop standardized operational management reportsProvide hardware/software recommendations to usersResolve end-user hardware/software problems including remote access softwareConfigure new computers and coordinate workstation upgrade/replacement processTrack user requests by opening cases and maintaining case histories
Pay Details:
