We are seeking a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist to join our team on-site and support our growing infrastructure—including cybersecurity compliance, AI-driven automation, and system improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

End-User Support:

Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office productivity software. •

Compliance Support:

Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity practices, including multi-factor authentication, controlled access, system logging, and incident response readiness. •

AI & Automation:

Help deploy and maintain AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other workflow automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort. •

Account Management:

Manage user provisioning, password policies, and access control via Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in line with cybersecurity protocols. •

Hardware Setup & Maintenance:

Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and AV systems. Maintain secure asset inventory and perform hardware troubleshooting. •

Network Support:

Monitor and troubleshoot local network and VPN access, escalating complex issues as needed. •

Software Installation:

Manage updates, patches, and licensed software installations. Ensure systems meet security configuration baselines. •

Documentation & Ticketing:

Maintain thorough IT documentation, including procedures, inventories, and support tickets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of IT support experience or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) Familiarity with Windows 10/11, basic Mac OS support, iOS/Android platforms Working knowledge of IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic firewall concepts Experience with help desk systems, remote support tools, and documentation best practices Exposure to Microsoft 365 security & compliance tools, Intune, and endpoint protection platforms Interest or experience with AI automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate) Strong communication, problem-solving, and process documentation skills Ability to lift and move IT hardware up to 50 lbs U.S. person required, must be able to obtain a security clearance Why Clear Align?
