In this role, you’ll troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues, deploy and maintain hardware, and provide support for both standard business software and industry-specific applications used in real estate. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets via phone, email, or in person Support users with software issues related to email, productivity tools, CRM, marketing platforms, and real estate-specific systems. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and VoIP phones Set up and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions in Google Workspace Manage hardware inventory, including imaging and decommissioning of equipment Support office relocations, network troubleshooting, and on-site technical needs Lead small-group or one-on-one training sessions on tools and systems to help improve user adoption Document support processes and maintain an internal knowledge base Collaborate with IT leadership on system improvements and process automation Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule for nights and weekends Requirements 1-3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience (real estate or sales environments a plus) Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, etc.) is required Familiarity with Freshservice or similar helpdesk platforms Experience using Zoho Assist or other remote support tools Strong general troubleshooting skills with both Mac and Windows environments Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly in person and over video Comfortable leading group training sessions for agents and staff at varying levels of technical ability Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel between offices required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (hardware setup, office moves, etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, must be patient and comfortable supporting users with a wide range of technical comfort levels Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities If you are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others solve their IT challenges, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Helpdesk Technician.
