Special Requirements Associate degree in computer science or a closely related field 2 years of experience with computer networks, information systems, and desktop support services 2+ years of experience providing level 1 or above help desk support in IT operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience Non-union grade 8; FY26 pay range of $24.84 to $33.48 per hour dependent upon qualifications and experience.
