Summary We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our team at Engineering and Information Technologies Inc. This role is critical in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations for our clients. Located in a dynamic environment, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to enhance air travel safety. Responsibilities Provide technical support for IT infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Manage and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls to protect company data. Assist with Active Directory management tasks including user account setup and permissions. Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and solutions. Requirements Proven experience in IT support or related field. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, mobile devices, and other IT hardware. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and computer management principles. Familiarity with firewall configurations and network security best practices. Knowledge of Active Directory administration is essential. Participate in regular system maintenance and upgrades. Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices. Basic understanding of Linux operating systems is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
