Position Overview We are seeking a Business & IT Support Specialist with either a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related hands-on experience or a related field. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who understands business processes and is eager to contribute across departments by supporting ERP systems, managing IT tools, and assisting with business operations. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Systems Support Configure and maintain ERP system modules(Acumatica ERP) to align with business operations. AI usage and implementation for internal training and support (This will help attract candidates who are forward-thinking and eager to explore modern tools.) Manage employee access for email, Microsoft Teams , and other internal applications. Troubleshoot basic IT issues , including PC setup, software installation, and LAN connectivity . Business Operations Support Develop and update internal manuals , SOPs, and workflow documentation. Conduct research and data analysis to support business planning and decision-making. Collaborate with departments to ensure technology aligns with business needs in areas such as Sales & Marketing, inventory and accounting. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and deliver efficient tech-based solutions. Act as a bridge between business and IT , ensuring smooth communication and mutual understanding. Continuous Learning & Initiative Stay updated with ERP and productivity tools. Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new systems, troubleshooting techniques, and business trends. Qualifications Business & IT Support Specialist with either a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related hands-on experience or a related field. (Required or in progress) Basic understanding of ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus Solid knowledge of PC setup , Windows OS , and network troubleshooting Strong grasp of business principles in accounting, finance, and marketing Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) Effective communication and interpersonal skills Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
