Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Provide technical support to end-users. Perform regular system updates and upgrades. Maintain data security and backup procedures.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a related IT area, such as IT support or a similar technical role. Proven experience with software and hardware troubleshooting and support.
