We are seeking a seasoned, lead IT Support Specialist to be responsible for support at our Mt. Laurel, NJ location. In addition to local support, the technician will be responsible for supporting remote employees throughout the enterprise. This role is responsible for providing onsite support for a variety of IT-related needs such as hardware, software, onboarding, and policy enforcement. Additionally, the specialist will handle service tickets remotely, escalate complex issues to the larger IT team, and function as a liaison between onsite resources and leadership. IRA Retirement Savings Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshooting. Experience with printers, mobile phones, and other office technology. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience is a plus). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Occasional after-hours work may be required. Industry Standard certifications are a plus (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, RedHat, Etc.).
Key Responsiblities:
Provide on-site IT support for PCs, Macs, printers, mobile phones, and other office devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and general IT inquiries. Manage and resolve service tickets. Collaborate with the larger IT team for escalations and issue resolution. Ensure IT policies and best practices are followed at the site. Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities. n $60,000 – $87,000 a year n
