Desktop Support Technician Barrister Global Services Network Camden, NJ 08104

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

25$ per hour
Description:
Proven customer facing field experience. Ability to work onsite at client facilities as required. Excellent service interaction skills with end users. Excellent communication skills, follow up and data entry abilities. Proficient at troubleshooting Windows Laptops and Google Chromebooks. Proficient at Parts replacement on Windows Laptops and Google Chromebooks. (Screens, Keyboards, Trackpads, Keys) Proficient at deploying and supporting Windows 10 and 11 Laptops. Proficient at deploying and supporting Google Chromebooks Experience with classroom technology, such as Smart Boards and Overhead Projectors. Proficient with basic configuration and troubleshooting of VOIP Handsets. Good understanding of the entire network, including LAN/WAN and Wireless. Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory 2016-2022, Microsoft Azure Entra, Microsoft Intune. Proficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system Server 2016-2022, Windows 10 and 11. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (2016/2019/Office 365). Proficient with Google Suite, Google Admin Portal. Self-starter looking to improve systems and user productivity at the customer site as part of a larger team. Important not to wait for tasks to come in but to look for ways to improve and interact with the user community. Able to juggle multiple end user requests, while managing priority. Presents a tidy and professional physical appearance to customers and colleagues in a way the represents Ricoh well. Work requires walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs. Physical effort may be required to lift or move office equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
