The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while delivering outstanding service to our users. Duties Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to operating systems and applications. Manage and maintain VPN connections to ensure secure remote access for users. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations. Utilize ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow to track incidents and service requests efficiently. Collaborate with team members to implement solutions for computer networking challenges. Document processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference and training purposes. Participate in the evaluation and deployment of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Skills Proficiency in software troubleshooting across various operating systems (Windows preferred). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interdependencies. Experience with computer networking concepts and practices. Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow for managing IT support requests. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
