Must have strong field support experience Basic networking skills : IP Addressing, DHCP, DNS Exposure to or willingness to learn about IDF environments Support desktops/laptops, printers, and peripherals Excellent ticketing/documentation practices Effective communication and multitasking skills SLA adherence and proactive issue resolution Occasional travel to clinics within 30-60 mile radius Please do not share profiles that do not fully meet the location, car, travel flexibility, and immediate availability requirements.
