QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Degree in Computer Science, CompTIA A+, minimum 3 years of IT support experience, valid NJ driver’s license, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
EXPERTISE IN
Configuring, operating, and diagnosing problems on PC’s, Mac’s, Chromebooks, Wi-Fi access points, laser printers, Interactive Projectors, and mobile devices.
Computing and networking concepts and standards.
Using help desk and project management software to write technical documentation and log work detail.
Ability to effectively provide instruction to individuals and groups.
