Note:

The role is onsite and does involve sometravel to other offices in NJ. Prepare, operate, support, andmaintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or liveevents

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of sound dynamics andacoustics Audiovideo production experience in various audiovideotechnologies and software (Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Adobe andCamtasia experience a plus) Hands on, helpdesk experience withinthe Windows environment Experience with virtual conferencingplatforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex andassisting with the hosting of meetings Proven ability to diagnoseand troubleshoot both A/V and PC related technical issues Abilityto work with senior management supporting events and cope with afast changing environment The ability to work as a team orindependently The ability to prepare documentation, knowledgetransfer, train staff, presenters, and technical staff etc. Theability to document processes and associated materials and supportknowledge transfer
